Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
B. Active is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Wait 24 hours (carriers may mark items delivered early)
• Check with neighbors or your local post office
• If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We can help file a claim with the carrier, but B. Active is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Original packaging required
• Proof of purchase required

Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or damaged items are not eligible.

Return instructions and address will be provided once your request is approved.
