B. Active Return & Exchange Policy

At B. Active, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.


Returns

You may return any eligible item within 21 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must be attached.

  • Item must be in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

Final Sale items, gift cards, and worn or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Return Address: Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once your return request is approved. This helps us ensure your return is processed properly.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on the same item, while supplies last.


Return Shipping

  • First-time return? Shipping is on us!

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@beboldbeactive.com and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@beboldbeactive.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
