At B. Active, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and with care.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.
Please allow up to 5 business days during sales, holidays, or peak periods.
U.S. Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside the U.S., email us at info@beboldbeactive.com and let us know where you’re shopping from!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also log into your account on our site to check your order status anytime.
Address Issues & Delivery Problems
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages early)

Check with neighbors or your local post office

If still missing after 48 hours, contact us — we’ll do our best to assist
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier, but B. Active is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number so we can make it right.
